Do you accept insurance?
I currently do not accept insurance but, I offer sliding scale to a large majority of my clients. I believe that mental health support should be accessible, no matter your financial situation. That’s why I offer sliding scale rates based on income and personal circumstances. If cost is a concern, let’s talk about it—I’m happy to work with you to find a rate that makes therapy possible. You deserve support, and I’m here to help you get it.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This helps me offer that time to someone else who may be waiting. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or for missed appointments, the full session fee will apply.

Wherever you are in Florida, support is just a click away. I offer secure, convenient telehealth sessions so you can connect from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a quiet, private environment where you feel safe to talk and focus—whether that's your room, your car, or any space where you won’t be interrupted
